Introduce another organization
If a property, gym, workplace, or local organization introduces us to another organization, they can receive a meal-drop upgrade, catering credit, or account credit once the referred organization books a paid activation.
The specific credit depends on the size of the activation, so we scope it together rather than quoting a flat number.

- What does “up to 30%” actually mean?
- Every approved partner earns 30% on a referred customer's first paid order. Repeat-order commission is 20% at Starter and 25% once you reach Partner tier. Nobody is promised 25% repeats on day one.
- What counts as net product revenue?
- The food total after discounts — excluding taxes, delivery fees, refunds, and promotional value.
- How long does the repeat window last?
- 12 weeks from a referred customer's first paid order. There is no lifetime recurring commission.
- What does my referred customer get?
- An exclusive first-order offer. We're finalizing the exact incentive before launch.
- Is this multi-level?
- No. Partner-to-partner referrals pay one level only, as flat milestones. We never pay a percentage of another partner's downstream sales.

Commission applies to eligible paid orders only and is calculated on net product revenue, excluding taxes, delivery fees, refunds, and promotional value.
